Refund policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Process: You can cancel your order within one hour of placing the order on the Website before the products in your order have been dispatched through the following mechanisms:

  1. From your account on the Website; or
  2. Via chat service enabled on the Website.

If an order is not canceled within one hour, you will not be allowed to cancel the order. A complete refund will be initiated for prepaid orders canceled within one hour of placing the order on the Website. The money will be refunded within 24-48 business hours after we process the cancellation request.

Kian Elegance reserves the right to refuse the transaction or delay the refund process by 3-6 months for users with a history of questionable charges, such as canceling bulk orders/ orders. Such cancellation has occurred more than once.

Note: Gift cards are not eligible for cancellation.

Return Process: You may place a return request within 48 hours from the delivery date. When a shipment is returned after it has been delivered, your return request may be approved based on the quality checks conducted by our team. The refund will be initiated once the Product (s) have been picked up from your location.

Within 24-48 business hours of us picking up the Product (s) from your location, the refund for purchases made with credit/debit cards or net banking will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. The amount may not appear in your account for another 3-7 working days. For orders that have been paid through cash on delivery mode, the amount will be refunded to your bank account after we have collected the details.

Note: Gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Refunds, Replacements, and Returns: You understand that a return request may be made for a part of your or entire order. You understand that the return option is only available in the following scenarios:

  1. Product/(s) have been spoilt/damaged in transit; or
  2. Product/(s) that arrive in damaged packaging; or
  3. A wrong product has been delivered.

Kian Elegance shall not be obligated to accept returns for products that are not spoilt, wrong, or damaged.

You understand that a replacement request is subject to the availability of stock. Suppose a replacement cannot be carried out due to non-availability of stock. In that case, the amount will be refunded to you. You understand that you can only raise a replacement request for the same Product if the Product delivered to you has been damaged in transit, is wrong, or delivered in a damaged package. You acknowledge that a replacement request cannot be placed for a different product; an exchange of a product will not be permitted under any circumstances.

Process for submitting a return, replacement, and refund request:

  1. Select the reason for return, replacement, or refund (as the case may be) by choosing a particular option on the Website.
  2. Add four images of the Product received in the manner specified below:
  3. The front image of the Product along with the name of the Product.
  4. The back image of the Product.
  5. Image of the barcode on the product box.
  6. Image of the outer box packaging of the Product.

Products not eligible for return: The following products are not eligible for return in any circumstances:

  1. Products damaged/degraded as a result of use, overuse;
  2. Products that have missing items and damaged original packaging, including price tags, labels, tampered packaging, gifts, and other accessories; and
  3. Products with altered serial numbers.

To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In detecting any suspicious activity, Kian Elegance reserves the right to cancel all past, pending, and future orders without liability. Kian Elegance also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in product pricing on the Website and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your card has been charged, the amount will be refunded to your card account. Any promotional voucher used for the canceled orders may not be refunded.
